“Lovely, bright, clean apartment with great views”
Beautiful apartment with modern furniture and pleasing furnishings. The view from the spacious balcony down over Peyia towards Paphos and the sea was lovely especially on a bright sunny day. There was a fully equipped kitchen area with everything you might need to cook a proper family meal, including a dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor fan. Also a washing machine was provided which was a useful extra. The apartment was accessible from the lower under cover car parking area, via a lift and also from the quiet road at the other side of the block which was almost the same level ( just a few steps up and down ) useful when walking into the village centre or if you wanted to park your car closer. Within walking distance to various eateries, bars and shops and a bakery and take-aways close by also. Tim, the owner and Max the manager both responded very quickly to any problems/issues we had and got things sorted in a caring and professional manner. The location is a good base and there are lots of lovely places to visit, nice beaches at Coral Bay, a natural Gorge ( a drive away) and many cultural sites and places of interest. A car would be advised but there is a good bus service available to get you to and from Coral Bay and Paphos. There is also a big supermarket near Coral Bay which stocks everything, including butchers department, bakery, frozen foods and some British labels. All in all a good quiet place to stay for a couple or small family.

“A quiet apartment in a village near the coast”
On arrival late in the evening, Max arranged to meet us in Peyia town and took us to the apartment and showed us where to park. We chose the top road as it was far more convenient, there was always plenty of room and safe on the road. We were shown around and we were pleased that he would be available to us. On waking next morning to a lovely clear, warm day (as were many), we realised it was a nice, quiet location and a good view from the balcony. Good appliances, air conditioning and wi-fi. We dined in, the kitchen was very good with enough kit. We saw the beautiful sunsets from the balcony as we were dining. There was a view of the sea which was a few miles away but as the apartment was on the third floor and on the side of a hill, there were lovely views to see towards Paphos. We went to the Brewery Bar most nights because the entertainment was good and staff were friendly and polite. There was a large, local supermarket (by car) nearby called Philippos on the outskirts of Coral Bay, which sold nearly everything you could want. We hope to be back soon to enjoy an excellent, modern and clean apartment which had all the amenities and felt so safe (as does Cyprus, it seems).

Review Peyia Luxury Apartment. Great Spacious Apartment – lots of places to visit”
We had a great holiday! Amazing spacious apartment kept to a high spec with lots of bars and great restaurants in walking distance. Loads of other places to explore if you rent a car which was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

Review Peyia Luxury Apartment. Quality Apartment in a great location”
The apartment was really clean, well equipped, and nice and quite. There were also great views of the coast from the balcony. The apartment is in a great central location so you can easily get to the beach, go to the mountains, as well as enjoy a great selection of bars and restaurants. You probably need a car to make the most of the area, however driving was rather pleasant so not an ordeal. Ideal for a family or couples. We had a great time and hope to visit again.

Peyia Sunset is conveniently located close to the centre of the nice village of Peyia, which offers a good selection of eating/drinking places, shops and other facilities. We also found it an excellent base for exploring the beaches, towns, archaeological sites and countryside of the west of Cyprus.

The apartment has a lovely airy feel with good-sized rooms, stylish furnishings, beautifully clean and a good view from the spacious balcony.

Communication with Tim (the owner) was easy and friendly, and Max, who looks after the apartment, didn’t seem at all upset by us arriving close to 2am.

Nice location, great apartment, good pool, owner and manager who genuinely seemed to care. What’s not to like?

Can thoroughly recommend.

Great Apartment, Great Holiday

A really good booking experience, lots of info provided and questions answered quickly. We were met at the apartment by Max, who gave us a good tour of the apartment and provided info about the local area. The apartment was as described, clean, comfortable and with a great distant sea view. The damage deposit was returned within a day of us returning home. We’d definitely recommend this apartment. It was our first trip to Cyprus and we really loved it. I’d recommend hiring a buggy to explore the Akamas Peninsula and getting out on the water – we did an evening trip on the Wave Dancer and a daytime trip on the Ocean Flyer, both were brilliant.

NEW Peyia Luxury Apartment

The apartment was nice and cosy
Very nice apartment next to Pathos area.
Location convenient.
All which was necessary, in the apartment was found. We spent 1 week in 2 in an apartment done for 4 people normally. I guess we had more space. Nice terrace viewing the swimming pool, common one for the complex but big enough to be used in many. Complex auite new even if some parts seem to be a bit spoilt by the humidity. Tim was not there but very careful to the details.
Max, the agent, welcomed us and it was fine really.
Overall, we moved a lot in this area but we had a nice time in the apartment we lived in for a week.”

Review #12687048 “NEW Peyia Luxury Apartment
Wonderful Apartment and Location!

I stayed with my wife and four children. We really enjoyed our time. The apartment was great for our family, though a bit tight with four children. However, we were able to stay there fairly comfortably and would do it again. The apartment is located in a complex that has a good sized, common swimming pool. The pool activity varied with the amount of people using it, but we were able to access and enjoy the pool each day. Peyia is about a 15 minute drive from Paphos. It is also very close to good beaches and the Akamas peninsula. We visited the sea turtle reserve beach as well as the Avacas Gorge during our time. It was nice to be close to several attractions. There are also several nice restaurants close by at Coral Bay. Each family member enjoyed the time at this apartment and we hope to return in the future! ”

Review of C203 Peyia Sunset, Peyia, Paphos, Cyprus: October 2014
The property was immaculately clean, very tastefully decorated, well equipped and well maintained. We were met, as agreed, at the apartment, by the manager who showed us around and made sure that we knew we could contact him if we had any problems. The apartment is only 5-10 minutes’ walk from a range of bars, restaurants and local tavernas. We particularly liked “Cousins” for its great Cypriot food and friendly service. King Solomon’s Tavern on the outskirts of Coral Bay was also great. There is a fantastic view over Peyia, and Coral Bay out to the Med, as well as east towards Paphos. We would have no hesitation in recommending it.

A great Cypriot break, in the fantastic Peyia Sunset. This modern fully equipped apartment, as well as offering great views, private pool, and traditional Cypriot fare, served as a great base to visit Paphos, and Coral Bay. The meet and greet service was helpful in getting us settled, and planning our week. As a family of four, the accommodation was more than adequate to meet our needs , 2 bedrooms ( a double and two singles), a fully equipped Kitchen/ dining area, with all the mod cons…dishwasher, washing machine, microwave..etc a two sofa lounge with DVD and satellite tv, and a balcony furnished with 6 seater dining table, a sun loungers, offering a great view of sea, Paphos and Coral bay.

The complex is quiet, modern, clean, and has a beautiful infinity pool, which my kids loved. The pool has it’s own toilets and showers, only niggle was that we had to take down our sun loungers to lie on, but the lift from our 2 floor apartment made it easier Following the owners advice we hired a Nisan Note, which was more than adequate to carry our suitcases, from the 20 minute drive from the airport, and to navigate around Cyprus. Although thee area has a regular bus service to the main areas. Peyia it self, is a mix of traditional and modern Cyprus..tavernas, bakery’s, churches etc to gyms, bars, supermarkets, and pharmacy all in walking distance.

Same can be said of the wider area a variety of water parks, (hotel or specialised) we went to Limasol’s Watermark. You can go to Paphos’ brand new Kings Avenue shopping centre..ultra modern, with brand names, the harbour, to the beautiful Agios Georgios, which is a market contrast to the beaches of a Coral Bay, with very secluded idilic settings, loved by the locals.

Same time next year I think!

The apartment was lovely spotlessly clean and well furnished. Tim was also very quick in replying to our emails and Max who met us there was also very helpful and informative. Everything was in the apartment that we needed and we had a lovely stay in the village which we thought was ideally located to access Coral Beach Paphos and many other little villages around. We will definitely book again as when we look for an apartment we look for cleanliness mainly and location and the apartment had both. Would definitely recommend to others! ”

Peyia magic!. Reviewed August 16, 2013
Having been frequent visitors to Tim & Anna’s apartment in Calpe, we decided to try Peyia Sunset and we certainly were not disappointed
We were met by Max on arrival who handed us the key and showed us around. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and contains everything you need for a stress free holiday including air conditioning which was an absolute necessity at this time of year.
There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants in the village, all within easy walking distance. We would personally recommend car hire as the nearest beach is slightly further away but this gave us the opportunity to explore further afield and Cyprus has wonderful places to visit and explore.
We had a fantastic family holiday and certainly intend returning to Peyia Sunset again ”

Excellent apartment, location & views to die for. Reviewed October 14, 2012
The apartment in Peyia was everything that we hoped for and much more. The location in the village of Peyia meant that we could walk for papers, watch football at the local tavernas, walk for a mid morning coffee etc etc. The facilities in the apartment included wi-fi (brilliant when you are away from home for 3 weeks), DVD and satellite TV meant that we could watch football, news and some films. For the ladies there is everything in the kitchen that you could ever want………….and a large balcony on which you can sunbathe and eat breakfast as the sun comes up and eat an evening meal as the sun goes down, looking across on one side to the mountains and another to a wonderful ocean view.
A little bit of advice would be that you definitely need a car to get around……….and be fairly fit to get up the stairs if the lift isn’t working. ”

“The apartment in Peyia was in a great location, in the village of Peyia, with great bars, tavernas for eating, watching football and watching life go by. The open plan style of the apartment meant that there was plenty room to relax, plus a large balcony which can be used for sunbathing, eating breakfast and a wonderful evening meal as the sun goes down. We would definitely recommend a visit – we stayed for 3 weeks and could have stayed longer………..”
